These Terms and Conditions govern your registration, participation, and engagement with the BHSBAID Alumni Convention and use of the BHSBAID official website. By registering or attending, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Registration and Payment

• All registrations must be completed through the official BHSBAID website or authorized channels.

• Payments (if applicable) must be made in full before registration is confirmed.

• Registration fees are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by BHSBAID.

2. Event Participation

• Attendees must wear their official event badge or identification throughout the convention.

• BHSBAID reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, or venue without prior notice.

• Admission is strictly limited to registered alumni, invited guests, and authorized personnel.

3. Code of Conduct

• Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally.

• Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.

• Alcohol or illegal substances are prohibited unless specifically permitted by BHSBAID for certain activities.

4. Liability

• BHSBAID is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the convention.

• Attendees are responsible for their travel, accommodation, and other personal arrangements.

5. Media Release

By attending the convention, you grant BHSBAID the right to use photographs, video recordings, and other media captured during the event for promotional, archival, and educational purposes.

6. Force Majeure

In the case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, BHSBAID reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the event without liability.

7. Website Use

• You agree to use the BHSBAID website only for lawful purposes related to alumni engagement and event participation.

• Unauthorized use, data scraping, or distribution of website content is strictly prohibited.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process and attending the convention, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
